Endress+Hauser Promag W 300/400/500 flowmeter

Endress+Hauser’s Promag W 300/400/500 magmeter measures flow independently of flow profile and mounting location.

The electromagnetic flowmeter has no inlet and outlet runs (0 x DN), no measuring tube restriction (full bore) and thus no pressure loss. It is also appropriate for installation in space-restricted situations such as on skids, especially after fittings and other turbulence-generating obstacles in the pipe.

Promag W 300/400/500 flowmeters with the ‘0 x DN full bore’ option measure with high accuracy (±0.5%), featuring multiple measuring electrodes to detect flow. Promag W is designed to handle frequently occurring swirl downstream of obstacles such as pipe bends, insertion devices, build-up on the pipe wall, protruding seals or different inside diameters.

The product can be combined with different transmitters as a compact (Proline 300/400) or remote version (Proline 400/500) with up to four inputs and outputs. Full access to all measurement data, including diagnostic data acquired by Heartbeat Technology, is always possible via digital data transmission or the inputs and outputs.
