The Yamatake SVP300 Alphaplus smart valve positioners are microprocessor-based fieldbus-to-pneumatic valve positioners. They can operate seamlessly with other registered field devices as well as host systems in a wide range of control applications. In addition to fieldbus communication, the unit is equipped with an automatic calibration mechanism to allow easy set-up with various type and makes of valves.

Fully automatic set-up and calibration with diagnostics, the valves can be easily adjusted by anyone within a short period of time. Auto set-up is a program installed within the unit that automatically configures SVP parameters to installed control valves in the field. Auto set-up reduces maintenance time, eliminates adjustment difficulty and ensures performance.

High resistance to vibration enables longer life and improved performance in harsh conditions. (Electrical power plants, petro and petrochemical plants, pulp and paper plants, etc).

The single universal model works with most pneumatic valves with pre-designed mounting kit. Making adjustments to operational parameters and/or split range settings do not require exchanging parts.
