Ofru Recycling's solvent recovery system, the ASC-150 recycling unit, meets the strict ATEX European safety standard and contains an integrated steam heating system, rather than the conventional thermal oil heating system.

A large distillation boiler is no longer necessary due to this heating method.

The use of steam means that heating of the contaminated solvents is faster, enabling higher distillation rates within a compact machine design, and the high cost of providing the thermal oil is saved.

The independent steam heating system requires only 415 V power for operation. The distillation vessel integrates a conical bottom for easy removal of slurry and/or distillation residues.

For effective cleaning of the inner vessel walls, modern scrapers are installed. These scrapers are always in full contact with the wall and do not have to be adjusted for wear.

An automatic continuous filling system to allow 24 h operation and a powerful vacuum unit is included with the system.

The compact unit is designed to distill between 200 and 600 L of solvent per day.

Installation and start-up can be performed by the operator.
