Sink drainage solution

All Pumps Sales & Service has made available a sink drainage solution for residential premises where gravity fall to sewer cannot be achieved.

The Kwikflo Undersink Packaged Pump Chamber is an automatic system that handles sink and basin waste as well as air conditioning.

Key to performance of this unit is a small submersible pump manufactured either in stainless steel or high grade plastic to ensure the system is non-corrosive. The unit has head capacities ranging from 3 to 10 m.

For applications where the vertical rise is greater, a special system can be built.

The unit functions as follows: a chamber receives influent liquid from the basin or sink. As the level in the chamber rises, the float switch rises and activates the pump.

The pump then discharges the liquid causing the level to fall and in doing so turns off the pump.

Its chamber lid is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel. Threaded connections for vent, inlet, outlet and electrical are provided in the wall of the unit.

This allows quick and easy installation by a licensed plumber.
