Diaphragm pumps from KNF Neuberger, Germany, are designed for all types of monitoring systems including environmental monitoring systems.

Precise flow rates at specific upstream and downstream pressures often require a custom-designed pumping system. KNF produces diaphragm-based gas and liquid pumps for a wide range of applications.

From micro pumps with flow rates as small as 0.3 L/min to large capacity pumps up to 280 L/min, vacuum to less than 1 mbar, and pressure to 16 bar, the KNF modular family of pumps can be customised in material, motor specs and flow rate to suit a variety of applications.

Due to their clean oil-free design, the diaphragm pumps offer uncontaminated transfer of gases or liquids.

They are available in a variety of corrosion-resistant fluorinated materials, and high temperature designs (up to 260°C).

Due to the modular nature of the range, a pump can be customised to suit user-specific applications.

A Project Pump Data Sheet is available for the system designer to complete user specifications.
