The Steri-Flow Filtration System is a robust cross-flow micro-filter-based on a stainless steel membrane and a continuous membrane cleaning function. It can be supplied as a mobile unit or implemented as a fixed service for liquid/liquid or liquid/solid separation duties.

The system can be used across multiple operations in the processing and separation of industrial and general liquid waste streams containing a range of particulate sizes and concentrations of suspended solids. It is suitable for a range of clarification finishes from 0.1 to 10 micron.

The Steri-Flow system can also be used as a low cost operating pre-treatment system to reverse osmosis (RO) plants within water reuse schemes, thus greatly extending the life of the expensive RO membranes. Being manufactured fully from stainless steel with no O-rings or gaskets, the system meets standards required of both the food and beverage industries and also that of the heavy manufacturing industries.

The system will provide long-term performance without requiring continual filter media replacement and dosing with expensive pre-treatment chemicals. Due to its construction it won't be damaged through thermal or hydraulic shock that can easily occur in many processes, while the continuous membrane cleaning function ensures constant flux rates and maintains system performance. With the membrane being able to resist temperatures to 200°C, it can be hot washed or steam sterilised and can also handle harsh and aggressive liquid streams.
