The Hawkesbury team will set off on Saturday 5 September from Warragamba Dam before winding through Penrith, Richmond and Wisemans Ferry and eventually finishing up at Palm Beach on Wednesday 9 September.

The Parramatta Team will set off on a three-day paddle starting from Silverwater on Thursday 10 September which will pass through Rhodes, Gladesville, Lane Cove, East Ryde and Greenwich before completing a circuit of Middle Harbour on Saturday 12 September.
