The mySmart EBMPIR is a 360° detector measuring just 28 mm across (ceiling mounted 38 mm). It can turn lights on and off or dim fluorescent lighting using the EBMPIR-DD detector. Both can be programmed as either presence or absence detection and are suitable for daylight harvesting with built-in programmable LUX level settings. The detectors can be programmed using an intelligent handheld programmer, eliminating the need for ladders or tools.
With all the features of a larger size detector, the sensor is unobtrusive and suitable for offices, toilets, storerooms or hotel rooms. It has a range of 5 m (diameter) and controls various types of lighting: fluorescent, CFL, and low voltage.
The detector can be used as a stand-alone unit connecting to existing wiring or used in conjunction with a lighting control system suitable for both new builds and the retrofit market. The unit is connected directly to the lighting loom, eliminating the need for extra wiring.
