SolarMax forms distribution partnership with Mark Group
Swiss company SolarMax - a manufacturer of grid-connected solar inverters - has announced a distribution partnership with energy efficiency and renewable energy company Mark Group.
SolarMax’s products are available in any configuration for projects of any size, from simple residential installations to plants that require capacity on a large scale. The agreement will make Australia one of the first countries in Mark Group’s global business to distribute SolarMax’s S series and MT series solar inverters and accessories, with immediate effect.
“Over the last 12 months since SolarMax established its presence in Australia, we have continued to grow our market awareness and distribution channels,” said Gavin Merchant, Key Account Manager for SolarMax Australia. “Having a distribution partnership with Mark Group sets SolarMax up for further growth and expansion in Australia.”
Mark Group is one of the largest installers of solar energy systems in Australia for homes and businesses. Merchant said the company shares SolarMax’s “commitment and values towards promoting and supplying quality solar products”.
Mark Group Chairman Rob Grant said the company extensively tested SolarMax’s S and MT series inverters and was “impressed by the superior quality”. He said he is thus “delighted to be offering SolarMax to our customers”.
The S and MT series inverters satisfy the safety requirements stated in AS/NZS 5033:2012 standards (IEC 62109-1/-2) as well as the AS 4777.2 and AS 4777.3 standards. SolarMax products are accredited by the Clean Energy Council.
