TRILITY Group acquired by Beijing Enterprises Water Group
Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (BEWG) has announced it now has 100% ownership of the TRILITY Group.
Founded in 1991, TRILITY Group is established as one of the industry leaders dedicated to the delivery of long-term water, wastewater, re-use and bio-solids solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
TRILITY Group Managing Director Francois Gouws said: “I am delighted to welcome our new shareholder Beijing Enterprises Water Group (BEWG) as they bring much valued international experience and know-how. This is a very exciting time for TRILITY, as our Group now has access to ever-stronger knowledge and skillsets to bring even more innovation and enhanced value to both our existing and new clients.”
BEWG is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and manages over 500 treatment facilities across China, Malaysia, Singapore, Portugal, Macau and Taiwan, and now Australia and New Zealand.
BEWG commented: “We are delighted at conclusion of the transaction. It will enhance the strategic objectives of both TRILITY and BEWG by facilitating significant expansion both in Australia and internationally.
