The Aerotek RB900 is a compact, robust wind turbine that is designed for extreme weather conditions. It is built with corrosion-resistant materials and uses a 5-blade stainless steel design.

The unit is designed for small domestic and industrial applications and produces around 900 W on a 48 VDC system. It can be supplied as a standalone turbine to be connected into a generic system of batteries or with an electronic control module and dump load to fully automate the installation. Software can also be programmed for generator auto-starting.

The turbine will charge 12, 24, 36 or 48 V systems and has been tested with wind speeds greater than 120 km/h without the need for furling.
