Ultra V solids handling pump

Gorman Rupp's solids handling, self-priming centrifugal pump, the Ultra V, offers good performance levels.

Features include: up to 60% increased pressure compared to any self-priming centrifugal solids handling pump of the same size; up to 40% increased flows compared to any self-priming centrifugal solids handling pump of the same size; lower maintenance costs as a result of innovative wear reduction, pump protection and easy servicing features; self-cleaning features that minimise blockages; and unique configuration capabilities.

When system requirements exceed the pump's pressure performance range, a purpose-built second stage can be added - the UltraMate. The UltraMate increases maximum pressure up to 300%. It is mounted directly to the discharge of the pump through a transition chamber that reduces the loss associated with conventional series connected pumps. This mount also minimises the footprint of the pump.
