With a colourful 5" screen, the 1150 controller provides for up to four and even extendible to eight control channels, has a real-time clock with 50 programs to be created via an onboard or remote program editor, has freely configurable in and outputs, multiple internal and external alarm functions, 2 PID parameter sets per channel and many more features. Another important feature is the recorder capability for easy commissioning and trending of quality.
Due to the fact that it can handle multiple (different) in and outputs as well as control functions it is suitable for standalone applications with combined functions such as: industrial furnaces (temperature, flow and gas control), water treatment (level, flow, pH and conductivity control) and metal hardening furnaces (temperature and gas mixing control).
As well, because of the in-built program facility and real-time clock, the controller is suitable in situations with the need for easy switching between settings and products.
