22 Module Dimpleflo Modubloc heat exchanger

The 22 Module Dimpleflo Modubloc heat exchanger with 150 mm flowpath is suitable for use in a large winery. The design provides increased energy efficiencies, with higher heat transfer coefficients and lower pressure drops on the product side, all within a more compact footprint.

It has the capacity to cool 50,000 L/h of crushed grape must from 20 down to 8 °C in a single pass.

The heat exchangers in the range are suitable for processing slurries and viscous products and are especially suited to fouling products such as sewerage sludge and wastewater.

Further efficiencies are achieved with a fully insulated modular stainless steel cabinet which minimises any radiant energy losses and forms an aesthetically pleasing finish that is virtually maintenance free.

It also has potential for increasing capacity as future requirements change.
