Vertical bales

The large Elephants Foot 2.25 m3 bailer can bale cartons and plastics with minimum effort and labour time. The most labour-intensive job is tying and ejecting bales. It takes the same time to tie a 100 kg block, 10 to a tonne as a 400 kg one, 3 to a tonne.

The model has a 1.5 x 1 m loading opening which is large enough for cartons and armfuls of loose dry waste. Loading and compacting is fast and easy with the auto opening door which automatically opens after each cycle.

It makes blocks to 400 kg of corrugated cardboard, heavier in plastics. The large opening pressure door and self-feeding twine or strapping makes tying the large blocks simple and easy. The hydraulic eject bar ejects the block onto a pallet by just pressing a button.

The baler has a small footprint and the completed blocks are suitable for recycling.
