Self-tipping skips

Actisafe has released several ranges of self-tipping skips suitable for use in general industrial applications as well as the food processing and handling industries.

Styles include the durable low-maintenance heavy-duty skips, stainless steel self-tipping skip, combined self-tipping skips as well as handy bins.

Suitable for heavier industrial use in factories, warehouses and building sites, this series of self-tipping skips is best handled by forklift truck and will contain almost any kind of material. The advantage of colour customisation allows companies to colour-code bins, so this can allow instant knowledge of what each bin contains.

Features include easy fork mounting, robust fork guides for security, and a self-locking return mechanism.

Apart from choice of colour, other options include heavy-duty castors for easy manoeuvrability, a swarf separation plate, an oil drain tap, special fork guides, special castors, lifting eye bolts (up to a maximum of 1000 kg), and a fork and locking system.

Styles available include skips without lids (from 1000 to 2000 kg capacity), skips with a lid (1000 to 2000 kg), and low-profile skips at 1000 kg capacity.
