The Runi polystyrene recycling compaction equipment, which will be on show at The Safety In Action and Materials & Manual Handling show, achieves compression ratios of 50:1. In fact, 300 kg of polystyrene waste emerges from the machinery just 1 m3 in size. The Runi equipment complements Wastech's Bramidian low profile plastic and cardboard balers.
Other standard Wastech products include bin lifters, bins and skips, waste chutes, transfer stations, liquid extraction and product destruction equipment.
