Developed by Rowland & Associates, for baling of municipal waste, the fully auto-tie Godswill mobile baler system can be placed in line with a mobile waste shredder, ripper or bag opener, optical sort systems or other mechanical sort systems, mobile in-feed conveyors and auto-bale wrappers.

The system can be used for the baling of various products. The main aim is to have a system available that is self-powered and can be placed virtually anywhere and everywhere.

The system is placed on a 12 m side lifter steel frame and is fitted with its own diesel generator. It also has a waste fluid retention tank and an onboard high-pressure cleaning system.

The capacity of the baler is approximately 5-10 t/h subject to the density of the material baled. Bale sizes are 750 x 1100 x 2000 mm (length is adjustable). Bale density varies from approximately 500-550 kg/m3 for cardboard to 600-750+ kg/m3 for municipal waste.

Stationary Godswill auto-tie balers are also available in 1 to 25 t/h output. All balers are fully PLC controlled and are fitted with several features.
