IT's Green and Evans Engineering have developed several mobile shredding applications.

Mobile shredding is transport efficient, offers a good level of security for the end client, eliminates the need for factor floor space and reduces carry capacity.

Mobile shredding can be used for document destruction, tyres, drums and many other purposes.

The EV60 DD mobile document shredder with good sort capabilities gives the operator an efficient means of sorting paper quality before shredding. This is important as it increases the return on the recycled paper.

Various sizes of mobile secure document shredders are available. However, it is important that the shredder throughput is no less than 1000 kg/h based on paper.

The EV 60 DD Mini is available as a 'fit your own' (shredder, sort table and screw compactor) module or can be supplied with box body, optional bin lifter, integrated side lifter, optional unloading system. This system is capable of shredding approximately 1 t/h with a carry capacity of approximately 2-2.5 t.

The EV 60 DD Maxi system comes complete with shredder, screw compactor, aluminium box body up to 7 m long, bin lifter, side lifter, variable speed sort belt, PTO power supply, walking floor unloading system. This system is capable of processing approximately 1.5-2 t/h with a carry capacity of approximately 3-4 t.

The EV 60 and EV 110 Mobile tyre or waste shredders can be supplied as a self-powered (diesel motor) or PTO-powered version. Capacity is based on approximately 2-6 t of tyres/h.
