Guidetti Srl has developed a range of compact electric cable recycling units. Each of the Sincro units accepts copper cored electric cable and after processing and sorting they provide PVC and the copper granules. The cable pieces are fed into the hopper and there is no need for further labour input.

The PVC can be recycled while the 99% pure copper can be sold into the market for probably double the price, if not more, than normal unprocessed cable.

Four different sized units are available, processing approximately 100, 200, 400 and 750 kg respectively. Each of the units has its own structure steel floor base doesn''t need special assembly after unpacking and is fully integrated to keep floor space requirements to a minimum. Dust extraction is part of each of the units.

Noise levels run at approximately 80-85 dBa and the units comply with the European Union design rules.
