The TorqLOC keyless hollow shaft drive mounting system was originally available for gear sizes of 37 to 97, the range now accommodates parallel shaft helical and helical-bevel gear sizes up to 107. This allows the mounting system to be used for applications with output torque requirements of up to 8000 Nm - nearly double the driving torque supported by the original range.

The larger TorqLOC size also incorporates the system's innovative keyless mounting design. Flexible, easy to assemble and corrosion-resistant, it enables improvements in drive shaft connections. It allows the use of standard drawn shaft materials without the high tolerance requirements of standard hollow shaft gear units. Shaft removal is also made easier, even after lengthy periods of operation.

It is suitable for use in wet and washdown environments and the wastewater industry. Providing a keyless connection with a shrink-disc, the interfacing surfaces rely on two conical tapered bushings made from bronze and nickel-plated steel (or stainless steel).
