They use the power of naturally occurring microorganisms to break down the oil and grease into CO2 and water - bioremediation. This means the solution is not discarded - it cleans itself. The solution is non-flammable, non-toxic, pH neutral, a comfortably warm temperature and has a pleasant odour.
