Ecotech and Ionicon annnounce distribution partnership
Online mass spectrometry specialist Ionicon Analytik and environmental monitoring instruments and services company Ecotech are teaming up in Australia and New Zealand.
“We were looking for a strong international partner in the environmental monitoring market to continue our growth in Australia and New Zealand,” Ionicon’s CEO Lukas Märk explains. “With Ecotech, we found an experienced global player being experienced in innovative environmental monitoring solutions and understanding the needs of our scientific customers who expect high-quality local support,” Märk continues.
Ionicon is a leading producer of VOC detectors with online and real-time, single-digit pptv-level detection limits using the Proton Transfer Reaction - Mass Spectrometry (PTR-MS) and Switchable Reagent Ions (SRI) technology.
The instruments are suitable in many different areas of application including: environmental research, pollution monitoring, atmospheric chemistry, food and flavour science and illicit substance detection.
