Win a compost unit at Waste Expo

Wednesday, 10 September, 2014

Registrants to Waste Expo, taking place from 15-16 October at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, will go into the draw to win a CLO’ey Compost Unit from Closed Loop Recycling.

The food waste composter enables users to convert their household waste into nutrient-rich compost in just 24 hours. Heat, agitation and airflow are applied to the contents of the unit to assist the naturally occurring microbes, contained in the product’s organic starter material, in composting food waste. The unit does not use any chemicals or harmful products and can process up to 4 kg of food waste per day, including cooked and raw meat.

Waste Expo is a free industry event dedicated to waste management, recycling and sustainability. It features seminars, panel sessions and an opening address delivered by Sustainability Victoria CEO Stan Krpan. Equipment and products from over 100 brands will be on display.
