NCH launches business group focused on facilities

Industrial maintenance company NCH Asia has announced the launch of the NCH Facilities business group as of 1 May this year. The restructuring seeks to bring NCH’s expertise to the institutional and commercial segments, including shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, schools, government facilities and the hospitality industry.

The company is a leader in drain and wastewater maintenance, HVAC solutions, spill absorbents and green-certified products. The new group is based on the ‘Facility Engineering’ model from NCH’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas, where the company observed that specialised services enable it to provide solutions that are optimised to each market segment it serves.

NCH Facilities’ mission is to help institutional and commercial facilities save water and energy and to reduce operating costs. Its main product line-up is as follows:

  • Drains and wastewater: A leading provider of drain and wastewater treatment products and technology, NCH’s trained representatives take the time to perform a site survey to identify problem areas and recommend proper treatment solutions for each individual site.
  • HVAC: NCH’s HVAC solutions are designed to maintain and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of every facility’s HVAC systems.
  • Odour control: NCH Facilities’ odour control solutions are designed for each problem in a facility — including garbage areas, grease traps, lift stations and problematic odours in patient or guest rooms — ensuring the right products are used for the job.
  • Maintenance and safety: NCH’s maintenance programs allow property management teams to maximise resources by minimising the need for laborious cleaning, maintaining a big inventory of products and eliminating hazards to safety.

“We believe our clients will benefit from this change because each NCH Facilities professional will be better trained to help clients maintain equipment and facilities,” said Dong Eun Kim, President of NCH Asia.

“Be assured when clients have a question or problem, they will always have access to our world-class products, services and technical know-how for immediate help.”
