Guidelines for the Assessment and Management of Sites Impacted by Hazardous Ground Gases

The NSW EPA Guidelines for the Assessment and Management of Sites Impacted by Hazardous Ground Gases have been finalised.

The guidelines are designed to increase both public and professional awareness and understanding of hazardous ground gases, and provide comprehensive guidance for the assessment and management of hazardous ground gases in the contaminated land context in NSW.

A copy of the finalised guidelines has been added to the EPA website and can be downloaded from http://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/clm/otherguidance.htm.
