Environmental award for energy-efficient products and solutions
The 2009 Green Excellence Environmental Activism Award, conferred annually for centrifugal pumps by the global consultancy company Frost & Sullivan, was received by KSB in the British capital.
With this environmental prize, Frost & Sullivan pays tribute to research and development activities in the field of products and solutions which are innovative, reliable and energy efficient. In addition, the prize represents an award for the brand policy of the pumps and valves manufacturer which is based on quality, reliability, excellence and a global perspective.
With its energy-saving products, the company has for years made energy efficiency a key focus. Alongside variable speed systems for pumps, energy-efficient electric motors and computer-controlled control valves, these include environmentally friendly materials developed in KSB’s own laboratories.
