Carbon Trade Exchange (CTX) has announced its platinum sponsorship of the Sustainable Innovation Forum 2015 (SIF15) - the largest business-focused side event to be held during the annual Conference of Parties (COP).

The forum will take place from 7-8 December 2015 in the Le Bourget area of Paris, France. Building on year-round work from Climate Action and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the event aims to create dialogue, enable collaboration and showcase solutions to climate challenges.

“We are proud to be a strategic part of history by sponsoring the largest global meeting to address mankind’s greatest challenge of this century,” said CTX Chairman and founder Wayne Sharpe. “CTX holds the solution by providing technology platforms and infrastructure for carbon markets to operate efficiently and effectively, both compliance and voluntary.”

“We are delighted to work with CTX in the lead-up to COP 21 and at the Sustainable Innovation Forum,” added Climate Action Event Director Anna Watson. “This year is pivotal for the climate change debate and we believe that CTX can really make a difference by engaging the financial institutions and businesses who must be involved if we want to cap global temperatures rising to dangerous levels.”

SIF15 will feature over 80 expert speakers, high-level plenary sessions, interactive panel debates, workshops, cultural components and networking opportunities. To register your interest in the event, visit http://www.cop21paris.org/register.
