Call for submissions to the RET review
The expert panel conducting the review of the Renewable Energy Target (RET) has invited public submissions on issues relevant to the review.
The panel has released a paper to assist individuals and organisations preparing submissions, which can be found here. The paper identifies a number of key matters to be considered as part of the review, but comments on any matters covered by the Terms of Reference are welcome. The panel is particularly interested to receive evidence that supports findings and conclusions made in submissions.
Submissions can be lodged online at https://retreview.dpmc.gov.au/online-submissions. The call for submissions closes at 5 pm AEST on 16 May 2014.
The panel is also seeking public comment on the assumptions consultation paper, which is attached to the call for submissions paper. The proposed modelling assumptions will underpin electricity market modelling as part of the review.
The panel requests comments on the assumptions consultation paper by 17 April 2014.
