Radox Solar assemblies

Monday, 24 May, 2010 | Supplied by: Huber+Suhner Aust Pty Ltd

Radox Solar assemblies are now available from Huber+Suhner. The premade assemblies will enable solar panel installers to complete wiring quickly and efficiently.

The assemblies are manufactured using Radox Solar double insulated cable which, according to international standard IEC 216, has been proven to have an eight times longer lifetime than rubber and up to 32 times longer than PVC.

The assemblies are IP67 rated in mated condition, have a low transition resistance, high current capacity and are made from TÜV-approved cable and connectors. With a temperature rating of -40 to +125°C, they have a high resistance to extreme heat levels found in typical Australian roof installations, as well as UV and ozone resistance.

The assemblies are manufactured in true 4 mm2 copper conductors to reduce voltage drop losses and are built to last the entire service life of the installation.

Available in standard lengths 1, 2, 5, 8, 12 and 15 m, custom lengths can also be ordered.
