- Casual or permanent skip bin hire for the Construction & Demolition (C&D) bulk waste contractors or sub contractors, with job booking, dispatch to field staff mobiles and in-field job confirmation, including bin serial tracking and tipping tonnage data capture, with integrated GIS mapping of where jobs are using integrated Google maps. Optional extension modules also support display of where vehicles are at any time with link to onboard GPS-device data streams, so you can know which truck is nearest what jobs
- Regular waste collection operations for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) waste service and disposal operations. This includes regular route schedules and run generation as well as download of electronic waste collection runsheets to driver mobiles, then real time confirmation of pickups so that your dispatchers can see where drivers are up to on the run list. Late ring-ins may also be dispatched to drivers while they are on the run. The mobile module for regular lift runs also allows entry of any tipping and fuel data and can feedback GPS run trail data if the mobile device is GPS enabled
- WasteRep and WasteSalesAutomation are two extension modules for C&D or C&I service businesses that integrate with Salesforce.com for sales opportunity tracking, then for Sales Mobile new-account service agreement establishment to streamline and automate the new account setup process
- Residential Service Requests management including Bin deployment, repairs and maintenance services and complaints logging, then dispatch to in-field mobile investigation staff for inspection/resolution against a pre-loaded resident waste assets register
