Trility has purchased APA interest in Campaspe Asset Management Services (CAMS), located in Bendigo, Victoria, to become a 100% shareholder. CAMS was originally jointly owned by APA and Trility under a 50:50 joint venture agreement.

"The purchase of CAMS stregthens Trility's credentials and growth aspirations within the Australian water sector," said Trility Managing Director Francois Gouws.

CAMS was formed in 1993 to provide water and wastewater treatment, network operations and maintenance services throughout the Coliban region of Victoria. It has recently extended its service offering to include management and delivery of capital projects on behalf of Coliban Water.
