During the September 2011 WIOA (Water Industry Operators Association) meeting and exhibition at Bendigo in Victoria, Hydro Innovations conducted a survey of operators and other water industry professionals as part of the official competition program.

This paper summarises the findings of this survey and details explanations for them.
