  • Office recycling bins
    Commercial cleaning company Planet Earth has developed a range of colour-coded office bins to reduce the high level of contaminated recyclable rubbish collected from Australian offices.
  • Secure shredding
    The Kobra ShredinaBin provides an alternative way to safely destroy a company’s or government department’s confidential and private information. Users can now shred directly into a standard 240 L wheelie bin and dispose of the waste safely.
  • Tyre shredder
    The Evashred Panther industrial shredder is built by New Zealand-based company Evans Engineering. It weighs 3.5 tonnes, is 4.5 m long and stands more than 3.0 m high. The unit is driven by two 40 hp motors with 42,000 Nm of torque, and is designed to munch on truck and car tyres but can also be configured to shred any product.
  • Conveyor
    Exair’s Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac Conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for bulk materials including steel shot, metal parts, scrap and trim. Designed for rugged, industrial applications, it has a hardened alloy construction that helps prevent premature wear. The device features large throat diameters that make it possible to convey more material over long vertical and horizontal lengths. The conveying rate is claimed to be typically twice that of ordinary air powered conveyors.
  • Multiwaste shredder
    The Evashred EV65E Multiwaste Shredder is a strong, durable machine which has the ability to shred high-throughput volume. Suitable for document destruction, paper and plastic shredding, its design is based on two previous models: EV45E and EV60E.
  • Quiet baler
    Orwak 3610, which replaces the Orwak 3600, uses quiet, powerful hydraulics; the noise level is only about 60 dB.
  • Waste bin caddy
    The Waste Bin System is designed for larger facilities with centralised dumping points. It features a horn, dynamic braking and back-off button for added safety.
  • Tarping system
    West Side Body Builders has combined with Razor to create a remote-controlled tarping system suitable for side tippers, end tippers, trucks, trailers and more.
  • Flap check valves
    The Series FPV plastic flap check valves are suitable where backflow could potentially cause damage to pumps, filters or process equipment.  The valves operate without the need for any adjustments or settings.
  • Job scheduler chart for skip/hook operators
    Scheduling a bulk skip or hook lift delivery, exchange or pickup is now easier with the Wastedge graphical scheduler work planning board. It shows the user how many jobs are queued behind which drivers on any day, then lets you drag and drop jobs to reassign work amongst available drivers to better balance workloads.
  • Solution for hazardous solid wastes
    Evashred Shredders has an updated range of mobile shredders and accessories to improve the automation during hazardous waste collection. At the centre of its technology is its EV60C Shredder. A range of accessories to automate pick-up and handling for the operator/driver is also available.
  • Dust and waste extraction
    The Ace-Quattro vibration and acoustics analyser from Data Physics is portable and is claimed to provide 40 times faster data and signal transfers as well as provide nanometer displacement measurements.
  • Manual dumping station
    A Manual Dumping Station with integral flexible screw conveyor collects dust created during manual dumping of powder and bulk solid materials from bags, boxes, drums and other containers.
  • Washdown motor
    The washdown motor range is based on AC servomotors from the Mavilor BL series of synchronous electric motors.
  • Solids handling pump
    Sykes' Olympic Pump Range not only pumps dirty water, but also performs the duty with fuel reduction in mind. The impeller, wear plate and volute have all been redesigned to give efficiency levels of 83%. Fuel is minimised through the pumps' ability to reduce engine/motor kW/hp size while still achieving maximum performance. The range of pumps is available with the Sykes Compressor Prime or 60 cfm Vacuum Prime, and sizes range from 80 (3") to 300 mm (12"). Sykes' Olympic 150 mm (6") pump can save up to 340 L of fuel per week.
  • Mini excavator
    The EH.B series mini excavator has a high horsepower and a large capacity engine.
  • Vertical bales
    The large Elephants Foot 2.25 m3 bailer can bale cartons and plastics with minimum effort and labour time. The most labour-intensive job is tying and ejecting bales. It takes the same time to tie a 100 kg block, 10 to a tonne as a 400 kg one, 3 to a tonne.

  • Multichopper for handling waste streams
    The Multichopper is suitable for inline macerating in a wide range of local authority and industrial applications. The fluid/solid mixture flows from one side to the other side of the macerator and would be installed in front of a positive displacement pump.

  • Filter media for dust collectors
    Ultra-Web nanofibre cartridge filters capture sub-micron particles achieving 40% lower emissions and are claimed to last twice as long as traditional commodity filters. The web-like layer of nanofibres encourages dust particles to rapidly accumulate on the filter surface building a thin, permeable dust-stopping filter cake.
  • Sink drainage solution
    All Pumps Sales & Service has made available a sink drainage solution for residential premises where gravity fall to sewer cannot be achieved.
  • Self-tipping skips
    Actisafe has released several ranges of self-tipping skips suitable for use in general industrial applications as well as the food processing and handling industries.

  • Mobile waste baler
    Developed by Rowland & Associates, for baling of municipal waste, the fully auto-tie Godswill mobile baler system can be placed in line with a mobile waste shredder, ripper or bag opener, optical sort systems or other mechanical sort systems, mobile in-feed conveyors and auto-bale wrappers.
  • Waste rippers
    Satrind T200 and T400 waste rippers are used to process bulky waste to a form that allows it to be used as an alternative fuel stream.
  • Replaceable machinery filter
    The Series FN1 filter designed for machine tool and general machinery industries has a patented element design and back-flush feature, which means it generates no industrial waste as there are no replaceable filter elements.
  • Cleaning validation system
    The Kaye Validator ITMS is a portable at-line instrument for accelerating the cleaning validation process. Operators can assess system cleanliness at-line with no delay, and get production lines up and running quickly. As an alternative to traditional analytical techniques (HPLC and TOC), this instrument can provide gains in production line utilisation and capacity.
  • Liquid medical waste disposal
    The safe removal of medical waste is simplified using Clini-Sorb super absorbent granules. Just apply to spills for easy clean-up of blood, vomit, urine or any other liquid bio-hazardous material. The granules will solidify the solution into a gel.

Finished in polished aluminium with a modern design, it has a low noise level of 55 dB and delivers 1.5 tonne of force. It has a neat appearance and runs on a standard 10 A single-phase power point.
  • Blocking valve
    Camozzi's series of blocking valves can be used to enhance the safety of many pneumatic applications by permitting movement of cylinders only when a control signal is present. This control signal could be generated via interlocks indicating, for example, when a guard is in its closed position.

    The Hi-Topp Bin Caps are designed for high visibility and recognition to encourage source separation and recycling. The built-in coupling system allows for event-specific collection stations to be formed. With large openings on both sides the caps allow for better traffic flow and visibility.

  • Bin cleaning service
