Trility further expands its Australian footprint
Australian private water utility Trility has entered into a purchase agreement with Water Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of US company Pentair, to acquire the operating and maintenance contracts of its operations business. The agreement covers the operation and maintenance of 35 treatment plants through six major contracts spanning New Zealand, Victoria and South Australia.
Trility Managing Director Francois Gouws said that Trility was delighted at being able to conclude the agreement thereby further strengthening its national footprint.
