Australian Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition 2015

 In July 2014, NSW Environment Minister Rob Stokes said the state has the potential to be Australia’s answer to California, referring to the US state’s goal of achieving 33% of its power from renewable sources by 2020. Changes in the clean energy industry and the growing importance of NSW to the market have prompted the Australian Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition to move to Sydney.

The event will stand on its own in 2015 and event organisers have continued the ongoing association with California Energy Storage Alliance (CESA), an industry association committed to advancing the role of energy storage through policy, education and research.

Australian Energy Storage Exhibition will focus on the latest energy-storage technologies and will expand to incorporate ‘Lighting & Building Automation’ and ‘Emergent Business Technologies’ zones. Complementing the exhibition will be the Australian Energy Storage Conference, featuring over 40 speakers, which will address how energy storage is shaping our world, at the grid and off-grid levels, for our transport infrastructure and in our homes and commercial buildings.
