Rocla acquires stormwater business
Rocla Pty Limited has acquired the stormwater business of Eimco Water Technologies Pty Ltd.
This acquisition includes the CDS brand and other intellectual properties in Australia, New Zealand and a number of Asian countries providing a growth potential in emerging markets through existing and future licensing of the CDS technologies.
CDS Technologies products have a reputation in the design, supply and installation of inline and offline GPTs utilising precast concrete, stainless steel and polyethylene components.
